Pro TEMPS staff will recruit from a large pool of existing and previous Pro Temps employees experienced in your industry and place them on your door step when you need them.

Step 3) Periodic Client Reviews:

Regularly scheduled meetings can be arranged for you to meet with Pro TEMPS Branch Staff and/or Corporate Managers to address any additional needs or concerns you may have.

24 Hour / 7 Days a week Service:

A qualified and experienced recruiter is always on call and available to meet your staffing needs.

Bi-Lingual Recruiters:

Fluent Spanish and English Recruiters are at all Pro TEMPS locations and available for translation services.

• Full and complete employment application required by all applicants.
• Pro TEMPS verifies Federal and State employment eligibility of each applicant.
• Each candidate is skillfully interviewed and references checked.
• Drug Screening is available as desired and/or required.
• Criminal background and/or Credit checks can be made as desired.
• Every new applicant’s social security number is E-VERIFIED.

Timekeeping

Traditional Time Clocks or Web-based time clocks are available.

Web-based time clocks:

Pin, Barcode, Proximity, Magnetic or fingerprint Biometric time clocks are available providing you with real-time timekeeping controls and reporting accessible to your managers on the Web. Additional information is available upon request.

Insurance and Safety

Pro TEMPS has an exceptional safety record and excellent workers compensation modification rate. Pro TEMPS carries workers compensation with highly rated carriers, and works closely with the Insurance Provider, Third Party administrator and Risk Management Company to provide the appropriate insurance coverage, safety policies and to minimize risk of injury.

Health Service is offered to all temporary employees. Rates and coverage meet the guidlines set forth in the ACA.

Human Resources

All Pro TEMPS employees are provided an employee handbook clearly outlining comprehensive and current policies.

Billing

Flexible Invoice Formats:
Pro TEMPS is using the latest SQL based Staffing Software eEmpACT and can provide you with flexible invoice formats to meet your production and accounting department needs.

PRO TEMPS offers on-site hiring programs that are customized for each client. This service is especially valuable for clients that have high-volume needs for a flexible workforce. Our resources and proven processes allow us to move through the recruiting, screening and hiring process efficiently – delivering the workforce you need when you need it.

We partner with your human resources department to manage and execute the hiring plan.

PRO TEMPS staff members are available to remain on-site for orientation in English and Spanish and coordinate the clock-in / clock-out process
